Referrer Terms and Conditions (UK)

The Email is either:

♦ a follow up to a conversation already held with the recipient and the recipient is expecting the Email

♦ to an email address that is known to the Referrer, by virtue of a pre-existing business relationship, to be an email address used mainly by the recipient in the context of their commercial or official activity and the email relates solely to that commercial or official activity, unless the recipient has notified the Referrer that he/she does not consent to the receipt of such a communication. 

All other emails will be considered a breach of the Referrer agreement and will result in both:  Termination of the agreement  Forfeiture of all monies accrued under the agreement at date of termination.
